Our Services
We provide locksmith services including car lockouts, emergency lockouts, deadbolt and lock installation and repair, smart lock support and safe lock services. Service descriptions on this website are general, and the exact work will be confirmed with you before it starts.
Quotes and Payment
- The price is confirmed with you before work begins, and may depend on the type of service, location and time of the call.
- Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
- If additional work is needed after we begin, we will tell you and get your approval before continuing.
Proof of Ownership
For your security and ours, we may ask for identification and proof that you own or are authorized to access the vehicle, property or item before we open or modify a lock. We may refuse service if we cannot verify this.
Appointments and Arrival Times
Any arrival time we give is an estimate and may be affected by traffic, weather and demand. You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us as early as possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your request and location.
- Make sure we can safely reach the vehicle, door or item.
- Do not ask us to carry out any unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to carry out all work professionally. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage that was already present or could not reasonably have been avoided, such as pre-existing lock or vehicle faults. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
